Correction of Buried Penis

We expect a greater length gain than noted immediatly after surgery in the flaccid and erect state after use of the stretching program. (**)

Patient with a history of buried penis due to increased infrapubic fat and inability to ever retract foreskin (phimosis) due to tight foreskin and pain with erections.

Patient 1

Buried penis before penlie lengthening surgery. Penile lengthening to correct a buried penis.

Pre-op Post-op

Treatment with pubic lipectomy, penile lengthening with suspensory ligament release and circumcision.
RESULT: Approximately 1 inch length gain (**)

Patient with a history of buried penis due to increased infrapubic fat.

Patient 2

Before buried penile suregery Buried penis corrected with penlie lengthening, pubic lipectomy and sisertion of Allograft dermal matrix graft.

Pre-op Post-op

Treatment with pubic lipectomy, penile lengthening with suspensory ligament release and insertion of Allograft dermal matrix graft.
Distal penile swelling will not be present after dressing removed.
RESULT: 1 1/2 inch length gain (**)
