RESULT: Virtually normal appearing penis with smooth and normal feeling contour and almost 3/4" wider than what he had after silicone injection AFTER silicone removed and Allograft Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm ®) inserted. Patient gained more than 1/2" penis length from suspensory ligament release and from Allograft Dermal Matrix Grafts (Alloderm ®)
